🎧 THE EPISODE _Heather_ teaches CBT — a kink most people react to before they understand it. Her argument is that the reaction is the problem: the word "torture," a lifetime of being told that area is off-limits, and the assumption that any of this is about humiliating someone.
She'd rather call it torment, and she'd rather you knew the medical side before you tried it. This conversation is heavy on safety, because she leads with it: the fertility risk almost nobody mentions, why she won't reuse implements, why she caps scenes at 45 minutes, and the night a flogger tip landed somewhere it shouldn't have.
